Los Angeles Attractions - 3 Great Beaches
If you live in L.A you know that you have many choices when it comes to going to the beach. The choices can at times seem overwhelming. This article will give you information on three great beaches. Zuma beach, Sunset Point beach and White Point beach.
Zuma beach is located between Westward Beach road and Broad Beach road in Malibu and it is open from sunrise to midnight. This is a popular surfing beach with powerful waves. It also has plenty of sand volleyball courts and is an excellent place to watch the whales migrate in the winter.
Sunset Beach is another great California beach. Located on 17100 Pacific Coast Highway it is open from Sunrise to Sunset. This beach is a good place for people wanting to learn to surf. The waves are slow and perfect for beginners.
The last beach on this list is White Point beach. It is located at 1799 Paseo del mar in San Pedro and is open from sunrise to 7:30 PM. This beach is surrounded by a nature preserve making it one of the prettier beaches in the area. The beach has a children's area, fire pits, picnic tables, and bathroom facilities on the beach.
