To get yourself a unique travel experience, you can choose the Amtrak train service that runs down the east coast to Miami. And if you are on a tight budget you can opt for the Greyhound bus, where the costs are considerably lower than train or airfare.
You can also choose to visit Wolfsonian, the Florida International University Museum in South Beach.
